Sales representative (Jack) was very helpful when choosing vehicle , nothing was too much trouble for him. Minor issue with changed delivery date but it was resolved.

Easy to book in, polite service staff. Disappointed to be told all my discs and pads needed changing when an independent garage had shown me they're not in need of changing. This feels like Mini are trying to take advantage of customers.
